The whitepaper covers five important topics, explains Edwin Meijer, MD of Garden Connect. “We focus on e-commerce but it’s not only about selling online. In the first chapter, we analyse how UK customers are shopping nowadays, and how that affects every garden centre, not just the ones selling online. The second chapter is about how customers use their mobile phone during their shopping journey, and the way it influences the purchases they make. It’s fascinating to learn how shopping changed the last few of years.”

Edwin continued: “Setting up a webshop isn’t that difficult, but setting it up properly and scalable is a real challenge.
