Our integration with Opsuite is very extensive and includes the following features:
- Extract product information, prices, discounts, tiered prices, features, photos and descriptions from the checkout and display them in the webshop
- Online customer card registration, logging in and viewing receipts
- Use personal vouchers in the webshop and view personal offers after logging in to the webshop
- Automatic processing of refunds to customers
- Email order updates from OpSuite to customers
- Sell & redeem digital gift cards
- Full integration of newsletter system with OpSuite so that mailing database is always up to date
We have also worked with Davidson Richard to develop a fully integrated app. This connects seamlessly with OpSuite:
- Register for a loyalty card without needing a physical pass
- Push notifications to keep customers informed of offers
- Scan & Go function in the app to pay for purchases, in-store
- Hospitality function that allows customers to place orders in the restaurant
